A coding class for our youngest students. Pre-K and K students work on iPads and get introduced to Scratch, a block-based coding tool ideal for young learners.

Students learn real-world programming skills while creating simple animations and games with Scratch. Students work on computers.

Students are introduced to syntax-based programming. Students will learn lists, strings, conditions, and more. Previous coding experience in Scratch or similar is required.

Students will learn more advanced programming skills with Scratch. They will dive deeper into the concepts of interactive software design to create simple interactive games.

Students learn more master programming concepts with Scratch.

Students learn more computer science concepts in the Python programming language.

Students will continue to develop their Python knowledge and mastery to code more sophisticated animations, games, projects. At least a year of continuous Python experience is required for this course.

Students get introduced to Java. Java is a coding language used for multiple purposes such as data centers, game consoles, scientific programs, web and mobile applications and much more.

Students hone their programming Java skills. They will continue to learn and master principles like variables, classes, methods, code efficiency, automation and more.

Students will continue to develop their Java knowledge and mastery to code more sophisticated animations, games, projects. At least a year of continuous Java experience is required for this course.

Students learn about web development with the JavaScript programming language.

Students learn to build their own websites using HTML

Students learn the process of Character Design, Environment Creation and get hands-on experience with C# programming. This is a three-part course.
